Under the CDM Requlations 2007, it has become more important that all contractors comply with the legislation. It is the Duty of all Clients to appoint a CDM Co-ordinator at the design phase of the contract. CDM Services can take this roll on and has extensive experience on all types of construction projects, Apartments, Church's, Shops, Nursing homes, Garages, Hotels, etc. The Main Contractors have to comply in response to the CDM Co-ordinator and produce their own Construction Phase Plan for the project. We can as a company provide this service. We endeavor to work with clients and contractors so that all health and safety requirements can be provided as quickly as possible.
