• Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007:

We ensure Health and Safety is given full priority and is suitably maintained. We offer the tools so that members of your organisation are able to manage and assess onsite risks. CDM is focused towards planning and managing risk, thus avoiding any un-necessary red tape or paperwork. We can help to manage your overall risk strategy.

• Energy Performance Certificates:
   

Due to concerns regarding ever increasing energy prices, Energy Performance Certificates (EPC’s) are being introduced to help improve the energy efficiency of buildings. It is mandatory for anyone buying or selling a home to have an Energy Certificate. At CDM services we can produce a report which details the suggested improvements in energy efficiency. We can also provide EPC reports for any proposed building extensions – all we need are the plans.
